  • Do we need HubSpot to work with you?

    No. While we have deep HubSpot expertise, we build Clay workflows that sync with Salesforce, Pipedrive, Attio, and other CRMs. The enrichment and verification logic is CRM-agnostic. The field mapping and sync layer adapts to whatever system you’re running. We’ll assess your stack in the first strategy call and recommend the cleanest integration path.

  • Can we use a different sequencer than Smartlead?

    Yes. We connect Clay output to Instantly, Apollo, Outreach, Salesloft, and other sequencers. Smartlead is our primary recommendation for most B2B outbound builds due to its deliverability controls and per-mailbox warmup, but the right sequencer depends on your sending volume, team size, and existing contracts. We’ll advise based on your situation.

  • What happens after implementation?

    Every workflow we build includes documentation, a QA schedule, and a handover session. You own the workflow entirely. We also offer ongoing retainer support for teams that want continued optimisation, new workflow builds, or monthly enrichment refresh cycles. Most clients stay on retainer because the workflow surface area grows as the pipeline compounds.

  • How long does a typical Clay build take?

    A standard enrichment-to-CRM workflow takes 1 to 2 weeks from scoping to deployment, including QA. More complex builds involving n8n orchestration, multi-source waterfalls, and custom ICP scoring logic typically take 3 to 4 weeks. We always scope the build before committing to a timeline so you know exactly what you’re getting and when.
